Let's Talk Turkey
Overview: Gather together to learn some delicious turkey recipes and cook with others! Please bring containers as you will have food to take home with you! Program is free.

Food Families
Looking for a fun and engaging cooking program to enjoy with your child?
Join our free, 3-week Food Families Test Kitchen! You'll get hands-on experience making and testing recipes for our upcoming revised Food Families program.
It's a great opportunity for quality time and tasty fun.

Overview: Come meet new friends, enjoy fun activities, get creative with crafts, and make friends! It’s the perfect way to spend your Tuesday afternoons!

Overview: We are partnering with Type Diabeat-it who will bring you a plant-based recipe from the African culture. This recipe will emphasize the use of ethnic herbs to enhance flavour while reducing salt intake, making the recipe not only delicious but also diabetes friendly.
