Theresa Wright is the Social Worker at Meighen Health Centre, providing support and education; application and waitlist maintenance and leadership across the programs and quality initiatives. She brings extensive experience in long-term care, multi-disciplinary care conferences; interdisciplinary collaboration, and resident-centred practice.
