Adrienne Osborne brings over 27 years of dedicated experience as the Coordinator of Recreation and Volunteer Services, where she provides strategic leadership and oversight of the department. She is responsible for the planning, direction, and evaluation of diverse daily programs designed to support the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents through a holistic, person-centered approach.

Adrienne leads all aspects of volunteer engagement, including recruitment, orientation, placement, and supervision. Her leadership ensures that volunteers are meaningfully integrated into both individual and group programming, enhancing the overall resident experience.

She actively fosters strong community partnerships, including collaboration with Volunteer Toronto, to expand recreation opportunities and strengthen volunteer resources. Through her commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration, Adrienne plays a pivotal role in creating a supportive environment that promotes dignity, engagement, and an enriched quality of life for all residents.
